This guide helps you understand how to share your property listing in the DOODIN App, making it easily accessible to potential buyers through various sharing options.

Understanding the Sharing Feature​

The sharing feature in the DOODIN App allows you to share your property listing through multiple channels, including social media, direct links, and QR codes. Note that sharing is available only for listings that are published.

Features of the Sharing Section​

  1. Share Options: Share your listing via direct link, social media, or QR code.
  2. Easy Accessibility: Make your property listing easily accessible to a broader audience by sharing it through various platforms.
  3. Fully Integrated: Integrated sharing options ensure seamless distribution.

Deep Link with Rich Media Preview: The share link generated is a deep link containing the feature image, title, and description, formatted for rich media preview (Open Graph format). Depending on your language settings (Thai or English), the deep link URL dynamically generates metadata in the selected language. This includes the feature image, title, and description, ensuring that the rich media preview (Open Graph format) is displayed in the appropriate language.

How to Share Your Listing​

  1. Ensure Listing is Published

    • Your listing must be in a "Published" status to be shareable. For more details on statuses, refer to the Understanding Plot Statuses section.

  2. Access the Share Option

    • Navigate to the listing details page.
    • Tap on the "Share" button in the listing overview page, or in the listing page: (Advanced).

  3. Choose a Sharing Method

    • Select from the available sharing options:
      • Direct Link: Copy the link to clipboard and share it manually.
      • Social Media: Tap the social media icon to share the listing directly on your platforms.
      • QR Code: Generate a QR code that links to your listing. You can save this QR code as an image.

Share Options in Detail​

  1. Direct Link

    • Copy the shareable link to your clipboard by tapping the "Copy" button.
    • Note: The link is a deep link that includes the feature image, title, and description in the current user language, formatted for rich media preview. If you update the listing details, the link's metadata will automatically update.

  2. Social Media

    • Share the listing directly on social media platforms by tapping the corresponding share icon.

  3. QR Code

    • A QR code is automatically generated for your listing.
    • You can save the QR code as an image or directly share it.

Button Availability​

The share button is available only if the plot is published. Ensure that your listing is live before attempting to share it.

Instructions for Sharing​

  1. Direct Link Sharing

    • Tap the "Copy" button to copy the link.
    • Paste and share the link via messaging apps, email, etc.
    • The deep link will include the feature image, title, and description, formatted as rich media preview.

  2. Social Media Sharing

    • Tap the "Share" button.
    • Select your preferred social media platform.

  3. QR Code Sharing

    • Use the QR code generated to share your listing in physical flyers, online posts, or other media.
    • Tap "Save as Image" to download the QR code.
