Published | Listings that are live and visible to potential buyers. | Unpublish, Mark as Sold |
Unpublished | Listings that have been published previously but are now hidden. | Publish, Delete |
Sold | Listings that have been successfully sold. | Delete |
Rejected | Listings that did not meet the required standards and were not published. | Delete |
Status Flows
To ensure the marketplace and data remain up to date, the DOODIN App implements specific rules for transitioning listings between statuses:
- Draft Plots: Listings in the Draft status will be automatically removed after 180 days of inactivity.
- Published Plots: Listings in the Published status will be automatically set to Unpublished after 180 days of inactivity.
- Sold Plots: Listings in the Sold status will be automatically removed after 30 days.
- Rejected Plots: Listings in the Rejected status will be automatically removed after 90 days.
By adhering to these status flows, the DOODIN App maintains a fresh and accurate marketplace for all users. Make sure to regularly update and manage your listings to keep them active.
